Welcome to our newly built, exclusive beach house at Aspen in Lerum – perfect for families who love lake life! Enjoy your own dock, swimming, fun water activities and wave-splashing. The house has panoramic windows for constant enjoyment of the fantastic lake view. Whether you're cooking dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, grilling on the jetty deck, relaxing in the sauna or resting in the cozy living room, the view is always with you. For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Calm living in Göteborg

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option.
