Quiet and bright place with several windows overlooking greenery and the large garden. Ideal for visiting Geneva because close to all amenities and tram stop less than 5 minutes walk. Parking place in front of the house. With microwave and coffee machine. Pretty pergola with a dining area in the garden. Please do not smoke inside the cottage.

Lots of charm in this old 1820 terraced house, located in the old hamlet of Arare, in the municipality of Plan les Ouates. It overlooks a quiet alley, offering a quiet and intimate atmosphere. The accommodation has retained its original elements, with terracotta tiling on the ground floor and a period wooden staircase that squeaks slightly and contributes to the authentic character of the house. Recently renovated, the house is bright and pleasant to stay in.

My place is very luminous and a nice atmosphere. It has 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a bathbub, separate bathrooms, a nicely set kichen with a round table and most of all a very nice balcony with a fabulous view on Geneva and the mountains around. It's 20 mns tram ride to the station, 15 mns tram ride from the center and 20 mbs bus ride from the airport. It's on the 7th floor with a working elevator and comes with sll the accomodations.

My unit is a large suite (40 sqm) attached to our house, but independent. You will receive a set of keys and come and go as you wish. Our place is located in a quiet residencial area close to beautiful Carouge and its market. The city center is easily accessible by bus and tramway. See Getting around section for more information. The bus stop is 2' walking distance, aprox 150m.
