Charming apartment with the perfect location of Altea, on the fifth floor where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Fantastic terrace, two bedrooms...l The beach two steps from home. It is very comfortable, renovated and with high speed WIFI 600Mb. Free parkings on train station. Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. J We have details with guests such as coffee, water and local fruits, oranges in November and Nísperos in May.

Apartamento que consta de habitación con baño abierto de 23 m2 y salón de 20m2 separado de la habitación. Tiene una pequeña cocina recientemente reformada. Tiene un balcón privado con vistas al mar donde uno puede sentarse tranquilamente a disfrutar y relajarse. La casa está en pleno casco viejo pero no en las calles más transitadas. La entrada y salida se puede hacer por medio de lockbox, si no estoy en casa en ese momento no hay problema!
