We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. A 40-square-metre apartment on the first floor in El Cabañal, with a typical 15-step staircase of the Poblados Marítimos de Valencia buildings. Staircase providing access to two apartments, both of which are my property. My daughter and I live upstairs with a separate entrance. I'm available 24 hours a day via the app for any questions or needs.
