It is located in the center of the island in the village of Platanos. Many beautiful beaches such as Kipiadi, Kipos, Kaki Lagada, Alati are very close to the house. The house consists of an open space with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

Marina' House, is a newly refurbished small villa, just a short five minute walk from the beautiful village of Lakka and the three beaches of Lakka bay. The village has everything you need, shops, atm, and many small tavernas and bars located next to the sea. Villa Marina has all modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including a large outside seating area with barbecue to enjoy the sun and relax on the warm evenings.

Dimitri's Seaview Studio - Lakka Paxos

The studio is located in the village of Lakka in the northern part of Paxos Island. Lakka is a small picturesque port 2 mins away. There are also two wonderful beaches about 5 mins on foot. In 2-3 mins on foot you can find taverns, cafes, tourist shops, super / mini market, ATM etc. Guests will need to climb about 25 steps to reach the apartment. For this reason it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.

It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
