It is a small cabin with a queen bed and a fold down twin bed. Sleeps 3. Smart tv, high speed internet, mini fridge, ac, coffee pot, clean linens, towels, and a charcoal grill, are some of what this cabin provides. There are 4 independent full bathrooms in the bathhouse before going down the staircase to your cabin. Lots of trout!

Owner is a top realtor so If you are looking for property in the area she can ass! Guests said beds were to soft so we purchased firmer mattresses. Now some say to firm… we try. 😊

Although the cabin does not have a kitchen, it has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, table and chairs, and a Webber grill. It also has a flat screen TV, NEXT w/movie channels, and free Wifi. This quiet location is easy to get to, yet close to hiking, picnicking, swimming, boating, and fishing.

A short stroll through the woods and you are on the shores of beautiful, unspoiled Bull Shoals Lake. Pontiac Marina is a short 10-minute drive, with boat launching and boat rentals available. This "A-Frame" sits on the bank of the famous White River in Gassville, AR. There is approximately 500 sq. feet downstairs that includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. There is a living room and a sleeper sofa for an additional bed downstairs. There is 280 sq. feet upstairs that includes a queen bed and two twin beds. Both levels have a 32" screen TV with streaming. There is also a nice outdoor living space with a covered porch and a large deck.
