Farmhouse room with lovely charm

In our restored farmhouse we rent a cozy, wheelchair-accessible attic apartment with elevator, spread over 2 floors. The upper bedroom can be reached via a wooden staircase (not wheelchair accessible). My accommodation is in the middle of the village in the countryside, but very close to the nearest cities of Frauenfeld and Winterthur. The bus stop is 100m from the Airbnb. It's ideal for couples, adventurers traveling alone, business trips and families (with children).

Wir freuen uns sehr, unser wunderschönes Zuhause für Gäste zu öffnen, wenn wir es selbst nicht nutzen können. Es ist ein kleineres Reihenhaus (77m2). Es verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern (Doppelbetten: 180x200 cm) und einem Badezimmer im. Im UG ist die Küche, das Wohn-/Esszimmer und die Terrasse mit atemberaubender Sicht auf den See und die Berge. Es ist ein Rückzugs- und Entspannungsort mit Blick in die Natur. Entspannt euch auf der Lounge und geniesst die Erholungszeit!

Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.

The age is the charm, but also brings with it a scratch, there a dust, some scrolling color and recurring cobwebs. The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. The house is ideal for family reunions or with friends.

The house is surrounded by nature directly on the Thur overlooking Churfirsten and Säntis. It is ideally located for both summer and winter activities. A feel-good oasis for wonderful and relaxing vacations. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant, shopping and public transport are about 30 minutes walk away. The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
