We are next to the Colorado river in a well kept neighborhood with a hike and bike trail by the river and the beautiful 7 mile Walnut Creek Trail that's paved. Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.

Your just right outside of the hustle and bustle of Austin, but close enough to visit and enjoy it all! We have four separate bedrooms in the house and two full baths. The home was fully remodeled in the beginning of 2022. Garage is used for storage and will not be able to be accessed during your stay.
