Tuft and Needle mattress, Sonos sound, Roku Tv, Fellow/Chemex/Keurig coffee setup w/ locally roasted beans (upon request), wifi, motorized work table, wireless phone chargers, propane grill, and large porch table to gather for a meal, meeting, or work!
