This building is like a fully independent two-family house. It is a cozy 1LDK house that is just right for 2 people. The host lives next door. The building is new and simple: It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. Bedroom 1, 2 beds. The room is 1LDK and is recommended for up to 2 people. One pet is allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The accommodation fee is 200 yen per person per night (≧▽ ≦)

One building rental accommodation facility There are jacuzzi baths and semi-open-air baths where you can enjoy hot springs as much as you want, and you can enjoy welcome coffee on the wooden deck with a roof. In the jacuzzi bath, you can use hot springs and air blows and jet baths. The semi-open-air bath can be enjoyed by a family (5-6 people). All rooms have central heating and FF-type kerosene heaters (1st floor living room, separate) to keep the rooms warm and comfortable even in winter.

This is a one-room apartment located near a subway station with easy access to central Sapporo. You can drive to Noboribetsu Onsen Town and Upopoi Ainu museum about 20 min each.(different direction) About 1 hour drive to Toya lake, 50min drive from New Chitose airport, up to 16 guests can stay at the house. You can rent entire house by only one group, there is key box in the entrance of the house, you can take the key by yourself and check in and check out to return the key at the original place. You can park 3 cars in the yard of the house for free.
