Nicely decorated and spacious condo on second floor. Queen bedroom has 42" flat tv and attached bath. 70" flat screen tv in living room with Netflix, Starz, ParamountPlus, and Max. High speed WIFI internet. Balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped property including a lovely pool, built in hot tub and gas grill. Clubhouse with fitness equip Reserved off street parking. Very convenient location, close to groceries and good restaurants, also easy access to I8 corridor. Non-smoking premises.

Only 15- 20 minutes to the beach and downtown San Diego. The entire property has a 6 ft fence for privacy from neighboring house and the road. It’s also a short drive to the mountains for hiking, sightseeing, and outdoor adventures! Great restaurants, bars, music, and community events are all nearby.
