The entire property has a 6 ft fence for privacy from neighboring house and the road. It’s also a short drive to the mountains for hiking, sightseeing, and outdoor adventures! Great restaurants, bars, music, and community events are all nearby. No gatherings or parties allowed. No smoking or vaping permitted on the property.
