Beautiful cottage in the Adirondack Mountains situated on over an acre of waterfront property with River access. Enjoy swimming, Kayaking and fishing on the Hudson River, all right from the backyard of the house. It has a great deck which overlooks the river with perfect views for enjoying sunset cocktails… Yard also has two fire-pits for night time fun and laughs. This house was completely renovated and everything is new, modern and clean. It has modern conveniences (white quartz kitchen counters, stainless steel kitchen appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer, a/c throughout) and also maintains Adirondack charm with pine on the accent walls and a front porch in the heart of Lake Luzerne. This house is across the street from a park that sits on the Hudson River and a 5 minute walk through a gorgeous Mill Park to Wayside Beach on Lake Luzerne.

Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

Waterfront home with private dock on the Hudson river. Great for outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, swimming, tubing, boating or just relaxing. Lake George and Saratoga are both very close by. Our home is sure to impress with plenty of room. Rain or shine you can enjoy the waterfront on either of the enclosed porches. Enjoy the sunrise while never leaving your master suite. Beautiful indoor fireplace to warm up to on a chilly day. We have two kayaks you are welcome to enjoy.

You'll love this property for all it has to offer! This is a beautiful and spacious loft with great views of the lake directly across the street. The guest residence is decorated in a rustic adirondack style, with spacious living room, kitchen and 2 decks overlooking the lake, and plenty of parking. Comfy queen sized beds in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has cooling mattress, so you'll sleep like a baby! The living room can accommodate a couple of additional people.
