The villa can sleep 8 persons making it ideal for several couples or families. Plenty of space for the kids to play outside and entertain on the deck with outdoor spa.

Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

The rear entertaining deck, with BBQ and retractable shade awning, faces north with views of Grampians landmarks Boronia Peak and The Pinnacle. The house is in an bushland setting with regular wildlife visitors. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 2 with single beds, and sleeps 8 in comfort. All linen and towels are provided.

It is convenient to Halls Gap village restaurants and bars as well as close to many of the hiking trails. The house is showing its age a little (built in late 1970s), but it is cosy and homely.
