La Regidora is an old farmhouse or country house, located on the Quijote route, between Alcázar de San Juan and Argamasilla de Alba. The house is an old, renovated house from the beginning of the 20th century, with one floor that maintains the flavor of the original construction. It has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and large common areas. It is located in a 6,000 square meter enclosure. Outside it has a large Manchego patio with a barbecue and a beautiful wooded garden with a swimming pool. An ideal place to rest.

New house, completely renovated and surrounded by the magnificent vineyards of Valdepeñas. Three double bedrooms and a sofa bed, ideal for romantic moments or groups of friends. A spectacular patio and a great terrace to enjoy the beautiful Manchego sunrises or to take advantage of the barbecue. You can also enjoy the jacuzzi whenever you want and the wine and oil gels. It is a mini house perfect for two people, located in the center of the village a few meters from the first lagoon. Equipped kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, Italian and capsule coffee maker, microwave) open to the dining room, spacious room and fully equipped bathroom. It has a private patio with a barbecue and a small table to enjoy the outdoors. The house has heating for the winter but air conditioning is not necessary because it is very cool. It has hot water too
