Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, bathroom, living room and integrated kitchen. Equipped with all the comforts, designer furniture and plenty of light. It's located on the 11th floor of a brand new building in the beautiful neighborhood of Parque Rodó. Uninterrupted 180 degree view of the Parque Rodo and La Rambla with beautiful Light throughout the day. Cozy and hip, beautifully decorated with all you may need for a short or long stay. Great neighborhood, mix of residential and commercial, walking distance to restaurants, shopping mall, bank, atm, casino, supermarket and plenty of public transportation available. Capacity: 2 people. Queensize bed. If eventually you need place for a third person, there is a fold out sofa with it´s own linens. Mattress, towels and sheets are hotel quality for a comfortable stay. Appliances are brand new: coffee maker, toaster, hot water boiler, juicer, mixer, refrigerator. All top of the line. The kitchen is well equipped for someone who likes to cook. There is also a classical guitar for the musically inclined.
