House of Art and Trees

Our house is often host to friends who like to share good food and love art. It's close to the Oxford Square, Farmer's Markets, great restaurants, Avent's Park, and much more! This is our family home and my art gallery! If you like art, a good kitchen, a nice shady yard, and a comfortable place to call home for a few days, I think you will like it here! There is plenty of parking for two or three cars. We have a large front yard and a nice front porch with chairs for people watching.

The entrance features a pathway leading to a dark front door flanked by two welcoming white rocking chairs. Each chair displays a floral design, and large windows on either side allow natural light to brighten the space.

Excellent location! Walking distance to square! Only 1/2 mile!! Three bedroom, 1 1/2 bath. Older home in established neighborhood. Large, fenced backyard to relax. The Chandler is within walking distance to Avent Park, Midtown Shopping Center, the grave of William Faulkner, and the historic Oxford Square. Award winning restaurants such as Snackbar, Volta, Big Bad Breakfast, and Jensai are right up the street. Please enjoy this wonderful location in an incredible college town.
