Simple and practical studio, downtown, shops

Our goal is to provide the best possible welcome to travelers passing through, within a reasonable budget. Simple and 18m2 in size, our studio is nevertheless very functional, fully renovated in 2023. It is close to all shops within walking distance. Arrive independently at a time that suits you, temporarily park in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then park nearby for free. Bus lines L109 - Labège or L6 and 81 - Toulouse via the metro are 100 m away. Security cam outside.

Idéale pour découvrir la région toulousaine, cette agréable maison, parfaitement bien équipée, soigneusement décorée, bénéficie d'une proximité appréciable avec tous les commerces de première nécessité. Une entrée ouvre sur une spacieuse pièce de jour composée d'un salon, d'un coin repas et d'une cuisine (complétée d'une arrière cuisine) qui ouvre sur une terrasse donnant sur un jardin privatif. Studio no. 2 is an independent, cozy, contemporary studio (24sqm) with a private terrasse and a very nice view. The studio is part of a new modern house, in a calm, green and hilly area just 15 min from the center of Toulouse, 5 minutes from a golf course, near hiking/biking trails. A very nice, calm apartment to come home to after a day of visiting, or working. High quality furniture and installations. Italian-style shower. Large, high quality sofa-bed (160*190*16cm).
