A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

The Lissier Workshop

L'Atelier du Lissier is a 31 m2 studio, completely renovated in 2021. It is located on the 2nd floor of a residence with lift and has a private parking space. Access is autonomous. It is an ideal base for visiting Aubusson and its surroundings. It is close to the city centre and halfway between the cultural centre and the International City of Tapestry. It is equipped with a 160 bed in the sleeping area, a dishwasher and a bathtub.

Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Dog friendly gîte. No additional costs are charged for a pet. The gîte has a 2-person bed, a kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, small oven, 4 burner stove, hood and electric heaters. Shower and toilet are accessible from the outside through the covered porch with woodburner. From the gîte you can walk to the forest and walk there for hours, with or without your dog. The cottage is quietly located on the edge of a fishing lake, close to a small village in the Limousine countryside.
