It consists of a large living room/dining room/kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged on a single floor without a slope (the space on the lower floor is not rented). Located in the La Tijera area, on a 7000m2 plot of forest on the mountainside with spectacular views of the Tietar Valley. Old area of terraced olive groves today populated with oaks, chestnuts and strawberry trees.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, with large windows and incredible views of the Tietar valley and the village. You are just 3 minutes from downtown Villanueva De la Vera but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
