Renovated in August 2024, this loft for up to 3 people is ideal for getting to know Valencia. Located 3.5 km from the center, it has several bus stops less than 500 meters away (lines 9, 10, 18, 27, 99) and metro stations (Patraix, Safranar, S. Isidro) 1.5 km and AVE station 1.6 km. There is also a Valenbisi station 150 meters away, for those who prefer to move by bike. Surrounded by local commerce, supermarkets and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Welcome!

Loft fully renovated in October 2024, with capacity for up to 3 people, ideal for a comfortable stay in Valencia, in the San Marcelino neighborhood. 3.6 km from the city centre and with several bus stops within a 500-metre radius, the AVE station is 1.7 km away and approximately 20 minutes from the airport. In the area you can find local shops of all kinds, different supermarkets and all the services so that nothing is missing during your stay. Welcome!

Cozy apartment just 10 minutes to city center

The apartment is located to 10 minutes from the city center by train. Train station is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment and only 1 stop from the city center (North station) The apartment have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a king bed in the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 individual beds. Building has lift and private garage, as you can see the apartment looks brand new and it has been decorated.

Charming apartment.

Apartment with integral renovation, everything is new and is a very cozy and bright space. It is on the ground floor so you will not have to climb stairs, it has two bedrooms, one double and one single. The apartment is rented for 3 people, but there is space for 4 as the single room is bed nido. IMPORTANT: THE PRICE OF THE FOURTH PERSON, IF REQUIRED, MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY PER NIGHT. Free parking is available in the vicinity.

Nice Loft on the ALL-NEW GROUND FLOOR. Enjoy its 40m2 at the gates of Valencia. Located in the town of Sedaví (town near Valencia, Sedaví is a typical town of L´Horta Sud). Practical, comfortable, well-distributed and cozy apartment, a ground floor with independent access. It is ideal for couples although it can accommodate up to 4 people by opening a comfortable sofa bed. Cozy and fully equipped, so you can have a 5 star stay.
