Quiet area. 1 room with equipped kitchenette, living room with tv, wifi, sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and two bunk beds (90 x 190 cm). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal accommodation for 2, can accommodate up to 4 people at most. Parking in private parking lot. 900 m from the city center and train station.

The apartment has a garage, very convenient especially in winter! Montgenèvre and Italy are 13 km away!

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace.
