Surrounded by national forest, this newly built custom home has a stunning view from literally every window. The homes layout is spacious, custom and comfortable. Across the street from is a trail head for hiking and mtn biking Ang dog walks. Just 15 minutes from downtown, yet secluded and private, the location is ideal. There is well stocked kitchen. This home is truly one of a kind. Please note the owner does live in the separate entrance basement but privacy is deeply valued for all parties.

Beautiful Log Mountain Home with a View

Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

Spacious 3 BR home along Trew Creek with incredible mountain views. You'll be able to relax and unwind in this peaceful mountain home, all while being just 14 miles to downtown Durango. Private creekside patio with creek running through property. Beautiful stone fireplaces in master bedroom and living room, as well as a wood burning stove in the living room. Excellent hiking trails, biking trails, fishing within just a few minutes from the front door! 3 miles from Lemon Reservoir.
