It is located very close to the centre of the village and the seaside boulevard to walk and enjoy the marvellous view. As you can see in the photographs the flat is designed for one or two couples to relax and enjoy an ideal holiday. It consists of two en-suite bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room with open plan kitchen and a spectacular outdoor terrace on the front line to enjoy pleasant dinners or breakfasts with amazing sea views. The small fishing village is called La Lajita and its microclimate makes it particularly pleasant; its beach is very quiet and from the master bedroom on warm nights you can sleep with the gentle sound of the Atlantic in the background. Nearby there are places of great scenic interest and incredible endless deserted beaches.

This private villa is situated in an exclusive and peaceful residential area, the Puerto Azul estate, right next to the village of Tarajalejo, where you’ll find all kinds of amenities and the beach. The accommodation is a great base for spending the day on the beaches of Costa Calma, La Pared – best known for surfing, with schools offering lessons – or the wonderful Sotavento, with over 20 km of beach perfect for long walks and swimming, and also featuring windsurfing and kitesurfing schools.

Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
