Cozy independent casita that has one bedroom and a full bathroom (no living room or kitchen). With refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Internet TV (smartTV). AC and heat. The bed is 150 x 190. The estate has its own garden with a barbecue. The garden is shared with other people from the same estate. 100 m to routes through La Peñota and the valley of the Fuenfría. 5 min. of buses and 15 min. from the train. There is a hair dryer and towels, sheets, gel and shampoo are included.

Our little house in the mountains of Madrid is located on the outskirts of Cercedilla, just a 10-minute walk from the town center, in a very quiet area through which there is hardly any traffic despite being so close to all services. Located next to the countryside for all kinds of routes, from more comfortable and short as "the path of the water" or more demanding and long as the route to Siete Picos. It's an independent apartment that sits in the same estate as the house.

Refugio del Nogal (Cercedilla)

Detached house of typical construction of the Sierra de Madrid with thick stone walls, fully restored in 2022, with terrace and private garden. It is located on the mountainside at the foot of Hueco de Siete Picos, overlooking the town of Cercedilla, in a privileged setting. Housing distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large open space with a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen and on the first floor, the wooden attic ceilings.
