Studio on the banks of the Loire

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

Independent studio in the heart of the Vineyard

Enjoy a quiet stay in our studio attached to our house. You can enjoy our outdoors, barbecue, heated swimming pool (May to September), terrace with dining area, stroll through the vineyards or along the banks of the Loire. Or enjoy the interior of the studio, which includes a bathroom and a bedroom that opens onto a kitchen area. 10 min by bike from the Loire bike path and 5 min by bike from the center of Barbechat.
