Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

Historic house on the Charente

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Located in a quiet environment, an annex of our main house, not overlooked, in a cul-de-sac with forest, you can park for free in front of the accommodation without worry. You will be awakened by the birdsong while being close to the N10 (1 min by car) and 3 min from the city centre (by car) or 5 min by bus. Close to all shops (convenience store, bakery, tobacco and pharmacy).
