In 2 minutes you are in the water, in 2 minutes you can take an air-conditioned nap. the fully equipped studio is on the first floor facing west with a beautiful terrace, sunset and small view of the salt marshes and in the distance the Almanarre. everything is at your fingertips: Porquerolles and the beaches of the peninsula. sunshine guaranteed!

AC 27sqm flat amidst pine forest , private access to beach, balcony with lovely sea view, HD TV, queen-size bed, separate toilet, dish-washer, expresso machine, oven, micro-wave and washing machine. Free reserved parking place. No wi-fi in the flat. Linen and towels 25€ for less than 4 night-stays. Toulon-Hyères airport: less than 10 minutes drive. Hyères TGV railway station: 3 km taxi.
