In a small hamlet on the heights of the village of Izeron between Grenoble and Valence, we welcome you to our charming, fully renovated studio, an adjoining barn to the old walnut dryer. Within walking distance of beautiful natural pools, the Ruzand waterfall will enchant you, as will the surrounding area, which offers walks, hiking, climbing, mountain biking, fishing, skiing, swimming and paragliding.

Our family home

The 15 guests will feel at home in this spacious and unique accommodation, rated 4 stars by Gîtes de France. An unusual house, a renovated old farmhouse, for family reunions and get-togethers with friends, with a large living room, a large kitchen and a large dining room, and a table for 15 people. In the heart of the village, a natural and charming garden with a koi carp pond brings freshness and serenity. A wood-fired sauna in the garden will be available from November to April.

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The place is ideal to recharge your batteries with family or friends, surrounded by nature with a view of the cliffs. A hiking trail starts in front of the house and can lead to the Choranche caves. Numerous activities are offered nearby, we will be happy to inform you! Ideally located, Valence TGV station is 35 minutes away, as is the Saint Marcellin highway.

The wild beauty of the Highlands in the South Vercors awaits you! A traditional sauna has been set up in the ecogiite for your relaxation. A 2-hour session is offered. The cottage is independent, adjoining our house.

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors.
