Cosy apartment in 300 year old orange grove Farmhouse, right on the edge of the Sierra Nevada. The farm still has an orange grove and grows fresh food all year around. The farmhouse is ideally located near an authentic Spanish village in the Alpujarras mountains, 28 km from Almeria (beaches) and 25 km from the Tabernas desert. The spacious apartment is fully self contained with a king bed, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette and terrace. A Large Pool,Table-Tennis and Petanca are on the property.

The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

La casita fue originalmente la cuadra de una casa familiar y ha sigo cuidadosamente rehabilitada. Ojo con su capacidad de movilidad pues hay muchas cuestas en el pueblo y escaleras en la casa .Durante verano en la ¨terraza¨ puede haber moscas y olores a ganado pues hay una cabreriza cerca. Puede aparcar o usar para carga y descarga el pequeño parking de las Espeñuelas que se queda a 15 mts de la casa pero primero asegurarse que pueden conducir .
