We offer an apartment with excellent connections to the center of Madrid, just a 5-minute walk from El Carmen metro station. It’s comfortable, functional, and fully equipped. We take care of every detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Reservations for tourism purposes are not allowed. The stay must be for work, academic, medical, family care, or other non-touristic reasons. Before arrival, it will be necessary to sign a rental agreement specifying the purpose of the stay.

It's on the second floor without an elevator, but the stairs are very comfortable. It has a bedroom, a kitchen-dining room, and a living room (with a cheslon), a TV, and air conditioning. It is located a few meters from the bus station and a bus stop. The historic center of the city is a fifteen-minute walk away
