The flat is situated in the old heart of Kiew. At the Podil area. Directly next to the Bars and nightlife of the city. Also there many famous monumants and street directly near. So its porfect to begin a sight seeing tour. The Appartment has one big bed in the sleeping room. In the living room is a sofa which you can extent for two persons. In the kitchen is a place for one person to sleep. if you have a late check in (after 21.00) there will be charched a fee 15€. pets have additional cost

Apartament on 14th floor of a 14-story building in the old part of Kyiv, just next to Botanical garden. 40sq. m. openspace contains kitchen zone with all things you need such as stove, fridge, kettle, microwave etc. Living room zone with TV, bluetooth audio system, cozy sofa, sofa bags and cofee table. The bed zona with double side bed. As for the bathroom there is a toilet, washer and shower. And the great stunned panoramic view on the part of Kyiv help to relax.

Modern apartment in the green center

Two bedroom apartment with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Located in wonderful green and quiet neighborhood, right next to the park, 24h supermarket and many nice cafes and bars. There is a cafe right downstairs where you can have a nice breakfast. If you travel to Kyiv you will be near the main sights but at the same time you will stay away of a busy streets and pollution.

Center Cozy 1-room flat at Historic Podil

That’s a perfect cozy place for a peaceful stay at a Historic Podil which is located in between 2 subways ( 7 min walk to metro station - Tarasa Shevchenko and 10 min walk to metro station - Kontraktova ) View from the window on Mount Schekavitsa. Very green and beautiful in spring and Summer season especially.
