Cozy and well-appointed 1 1/2 story house with lots of charm, close to Palmestranden. The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Pets are not allowed.

Cozy and charming apartment with hospitable hosts welcomes you and your family/friends to Frederikshavn. The apartment is located in the inner city, close to the harbour and pedestrian street. The space is self-contained with necessary tools. In the bedroom there is room for 2 people as well as on the sofa bed in the living room. There is access to a washer and dryer in the patio. There is the possibility to use the garden and barbecue the utensils in the summer in agreement with the host.

Welcome to our beautiful log cabin, surrounded by nature, and within short distance to the Kattegat Sea and the gentle beaches. The house consists of 3 rooms + a loft. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.

Hyggeligt sommerhus i Bratten strand for naturelskere og familier tæt på den dejlige badestrand i Bratten. Huset ligger tæt på købmanden/grill og fiskerbyen Strandby, hvor der også er den dejlig lystbådehavn. På havnen er det muligt at købe friske fisk eller spise på den lokal Bistro Mimis Mulighed for 4 voksne eller 2 voksne og 2 børn samt 1 barn i gæsteseng. Stor badeværelse med varme i gulvet. Der er lige blevet installeret varmepumpe. Sommerhusets tag er lige blevet male.

Slap af med familien i denne fredfyldte bolig. 2 km fra stranden i Strandby, 6 km fra Frederikshavn, 35 km til Skagen, så ikke langt hvis man er i bil, hvis man vil cykle ligger der cykelsti lige ved siden af huset til de 3 byer også. I huset er der wifi, fjernsyn, mulighed for brug af xbox one, hvis det bliver en regnfuldt dag, og ellers andre hvide vare. Der er mulighed for folde ud madrasser i værelset, og udlejningen er inklusiv dyner, sengetøj og håndklæder.
