Completely newly renovated & furnished 22 sqm/1 room apartment. There is a private entrance to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hair dryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, chests of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large double bed is also included. The vacation rental in the Kontor is located on the ground floor of the Traufenhaus. It is modern and individually decorated. You can stay there with up to 3 people. The bunk bed is downstairs 1.40 m and upstairs 90 cm wide. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooker, fridge and of course everything you need to prepare a breakfast and a small meal. There is also a flat-screen TV and plenty of outlets for charging your mobile devices.

Between the Baltic Sea beach and Lübeck, our apartment is located on the upper floor of a house built in 1926. The stairs to the apartment are wooden (not soundless). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The public transport takes you to the beaches and to Lübeck. The apartment has its own parking space, small garden with terrace and its own entrance.
