The plot overlooks the nature reserve to the west and over sheep and horse pastures to the east. Only a couple of hundred meters away is a campground with a restaurant, mini-market, mini-golf and boat rental. Within walking distance, there are several cozy swimming coves to choose from. The house has the best location on Sönneberget and with a large pool on the property and 100 meters to the sea, you can always take a cooling dip. Otterön is without a bridge connection, shops and streets. Only rented on a weekly basis.
