Quiet accommodation in the city center on the first floor of a family house of 56m². All household amenities are available, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, PlayStation 5, Netflix, HBO Max, spacious refrigerator, oven, etc. Ideal especially for couples - a quality comfortable double bed in the bedroom. Sights, theaters, restaurants, sports grounds, university, museums, galleries, entertainment - all within walking distance of a few minutes. Lamella slats, memory foam mattresses and pillows are a matter of course. :-)

New luxury duplex apartment 12 with new large terrace, view of Olomouc and massage bath. Apt. is located a short walk from the center .. right next to Flora Park. Public transport stop and Penny market 100m. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with a massage bathtub, a living room with a kitchen . On the second floor, a cozy bedroom with an el. fireplace. The downside is the 5 floor without elevator .. In the summer season there is the possibility of renting a hot tub 👍 990,- CZK (first day) and the following days 490,- CZK

Apartmány nesou jména našich milovaných babiček. Každý z nich vás přivítá svým jedinečným duchem, tvořeným kombinací nových i starších designových kousků, které jsme zdědili po našich předcích. Prostor Marie je menší ale plnohodnotně vybavený. Jeho formální strohost je v duchu skandinávského designu - dřevo, čisté linie a promyšlenost každého centimetru. Je vhodný na kratší pobyty, pro jednu až dvě osoby. Je umístěn v zahradě za domem majitelů se samostatným vstupem ze dvora.

Exceptional, stylish and comfortable accommodation in privacy. It is a separate 2+1 apartment with a large, partially covered terrace. This apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house, surrounded by a garden. Parking is right on the property by the house. Great location, in a quiet part of Zlín and yet close to the center (only 2 km) and shopping (nearest supermarkets 250 m). Within walking distance of public transport, about 4-5 minutes.
