Size of the cabin: about 26 square meters. extra bed 90 cm.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside without neighbors, except for the residential house. Close to the mountains, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to the magical mountain world in summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. Large and nice sauna is available in the yard, we charge a fee for it, which is paid in advance. Pets are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful little cottage. Here you live right next to the lake below our farm with the cows grazing outside the knot. Access to both sauna and barbecue area, and canoe for those who want to take a paddle trip out on the lake. Note: No running water in the cabin, thus no bathroom. Water can be found in cans in cabin. Newly built outdoor toilet overlooking the lake and mountains! Hot plate, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, TV, etc., available to use. Warm welcome!🌞

In the middle of beautiful Jämtland you will find this cozy cottage in a beautiful landscape. This cottage of about 50 sqm has what you can wish for and need for a time vacation or relaxation. Light a fire in the lovely fireplace and set up a fun game. The surroundings offer skis both downhill and length, hiking and snowmobile opportunities. Only 5 km away you will find Almåsa and Änge cross-country tracks. Several different hiking trails with wonderful views as well as bird towers are nearby.

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Something happens to us when we take the time to just be. To live the little primitive life for a while without having to thumb on all the comforts. To let go of everyday life, put down the cell phone and let yourself be spoiled by what is around. Light a fire, paddle a canoe, look out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed, where even the beavers can swim by sometimes, brew coffee and cook over an open fire.
