Queen bed & queen pull out sofa bed make the suite great for families but, please be advised- second floor walk up not suitable for younger children who cannot safely navigate stairs. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. This little home (762 sq feet) is located in a quiet mature tree lined quiet neighborhood with everything you need to stay and play in CDA! You have the entire home, front yard, fenced back yard, fenced courtyard with big mature shading maple and cherry trees. We just added a new gas fire place for maximum comfort .

It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
