We are located under the Trebeshina Range -Footer-Nemçka 8 km from the center of Permet and 6 km from the thermal waters of Makes and the canyon of Lengarica, we are 500m away from the Vjosa River, this landscape makes it memorable and unique to the stay with us, as well as the mountain next to the inn, surrounding trees, traditional cooking, traditional glass where each guest is served by the owners of the house, as well as seasonal vegetables planted in the backyard around the house, this makes us special and distinct from others.

Στα 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεστε στη λίμνη, ενώ στα 15 λεπτά φθάνετε στο κάστρο και στο κέντρο. Στη γειτονιά σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών θα βρείτε στάση λεωφορείου, πιάτσα ταξί, Super Market, φούρνους, εστιατόρια, τσιπουράδικα, καφέ, καθαριστήρια ρούχων και πληθώρα καταστημάτων. Επίσης στα 200 μέτρα από το σπίτι έχετε πρόσβαση στον κεντρικό παραλίμνιο ποδηλατόδρομο-πεζόδρομο.

Quiet in nature near the city

Enjoy your stay in a brand new beautiful apartment on the ground floor of a hilltop house in Drosia Ioannina 1.5 km from the city center. The unobstructed view from the garden is towards the forest and the surrounding mountains. At 400m there is a bakery/cafe, while at 800m is the Frontzou State for coffee/drink/food. At 300m is the entrance to the forest of Frontzos which is ideal for activities such as running, hiking, biking as it has a multitude of routes.

The house in the village was built with love and respect for nature. It is all made of stone and wood, characteristic architecture of the houses of Zagori. The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.
