A stylishly furnished 60 m² holiday flat awaits you in the basement, which has 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living and dining area. The flat offers space for 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children. The living room is equipped with a smart TV and a functional couch. The 1st bedroom offers a 180x200cm bed and a Smart-TV. The 2nd bedroom offers an 80x200cm bed with pull-out function to a double bed with 160x200cm. The very well equipped kitchen has a fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Bed linen, towels and bathroom supplies are provided once free of charge. There is free parking directly in front of the door and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation. Dogs are possible on request. There is an additional charge of 7,50-/night. Enjoy an exclusive far-reaching view of nature, with unobstructed views of the marshland and the red hawker's barge. Located directly on the canal in the backyard is the loft on the second floor with a roof terrace. The loft itself is atypical of Friedrichstadt. In an old workshop in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and spacious interior fittings offer everything loft lovers could wish for. An open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob with 4 plates, fridge and many extras that hobby chefs want. Kayaks/SUPs are on site and included.

Charming old town house in the historic center of Friedrichstadt. Built in 1876. Completely renovated in 2020. Large bright living room with dining area and open kitchen on the first floor. From there you can access the conservatory with lounge furniture as well as the utility room (with guest toilet). Small but nice, the adjoining garden presents itself. A new wooden staircase leads to the "Holiday Office Workplace," as well as a modern shower room and spacious bedrooms.

Vacation in the countryside! Small attic apartment on a farm. Husum and Friedrichstadt are about 10 minutes away by car. Here on Eiderstedt we are close to the North Sea. Parking is available right next to the entrance. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed + single bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. We are a family of four and run a small hobby farm with cattle, sheep and chickens (no petting zoo).
