The ground floor consists of a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and basic kitchen equipment and a dining room with a TV with flow TV or for connecting a laptop for viewing Powerpoint or similar. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) On the 1st floor there is a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) into an open space, and a small TV with the possibility of watching DVDs. Furthermore, there is a small bathroom on the 1st floor. The annex is connected to our own private part of the house and has a door to our utility room.

The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the marina with cosy cafés, ice cream parlours and restaurants is just a stone's throw away. In the guest house there is everything you need for a your stay, a 32 inch TV with chromecast, fast wifi, kitchenette, shower and bathroom. Malmö is a perfect city for cycling, and we have two bikes you can borrow to explore the city. If you come by car, there is street parking outside. Welcome to us!

Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.
