The house is located between Takasaki Station and Joshu Tomioka Station, 30 minutes by train. If you come to this house by car, you will arrive in 5 minutes from the Yoshii Interchange. The house is not a hotel, it is rustic and worn out in places, but it is the perfect place to relax. It is also one of the best places to learn Japanese and experience a little Japanese culture (kokeshi dolls are on display in the living room). Hosts often work remotely, so you can spend more time with them if the timing is right. There is a stream and park behind the house, so you can take a walk or run at any time. You can also hear birds chirping. The nearest station, restaurants, supermarkets, 100 yen shops, clinics, and traditional temples are also within walking distance of the house. This is a private container house on the shore of Lake Gyokudō, a beautiful lake in Suefuno, Chichibu. We connected a 20 ft container and a 12 ft container with an outdoor living room. Limited to one group, so you can enjoy with peace of mind. We reuse containers that were actually used at sea, so you can feel the authentic taste and romance. The site is 250 tsubo, so it's okay to bring a tent. Barbecues and fires are allowed on the premises. You can enjoy a barbecue over a direct fire. We also have a tent sauna, drum can bath, firewood cutting experience, row boat, etc. Please let me know if you have any requests. You can go down to the shore of Lake Gyokudoyo from the premises. Free parking for 4 cars is available. It is a 9-minute walk from Hachioji Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Since it is a private rental, we can only allow 1-2 people to stay for up to 7 consecutive nights. Long-term stays are possible for 3 or more people. Please use it for sightseeing such as Nagatoro, Chichibu, and Ikuno, or for work. You will have the entire first floor of a rural house to yourselves.
