Our cute Lake House is encased by the beautiful hills and forests of The Camden Snow Bowl, a small and local ski resort. It is located on the waterfront of the beautiful Hosmer Pond, just short of a mile from The Camden Snow Bowl and a 5-10 minute drive from the towns of Rockport and Camden. This spot yields something for anyone, whether that is a visit to the Rockport Harbor, our favorite coffee shop or the town of Camden, it is also a great spot to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities.

There are three private king bedrooms and a fourth with six built into the wall extra-long twins. Three full baths. The master bath has a large walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub and dry sauna. Very tastefully decorated with almost every amenity a guest can imagine. Stunning views of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, dining room and master suite.

BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.
