Bed linen available to rent. The tenant does the final cleaning.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

Bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Matplatser för 6 personer både inne och ute på altanen som vetter mot havet. Gasolgrill, parasoll, tillgång till egen strand. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Man måste ha med sig egna lakan och handdukar och man måste ta ut sopor och göra städning efter sig. Djurfri stuga - förbjudet med husdjur. Rökning bara utomhus. Det är 30 minuter att gå till närmaste restaurant om man inte vill ta färja till Lysekil eller Fiskebäckskil. Spel, TV och wifi.

Stort utbud för den som gillar klättring, friluftsliv, lugna kvällar och härliga bad i havet! Naturnära miljö, några kilometer till närmsta badstrand och 30 minuters bilfärd till både Lysekil och Smögen så finns mycket att utforska på er vistelse!
