Charming newly renovated 2-room apartment of about 40 sqm in part of a house in Gamlestan, Norra hamnen. Here you live within walking distance of swimming, restaurants and the promenade. Bright and fresh apartment with sea views from the kitchen and bedroom as well as a small courtyard – perfect for morning coffee. The apartment has its own entrance and is located upstairs. During certain periods, hosts with children live on the ground floor (weeks 27-32, some weekends). Everyday sounds can sometimes be heard, but we are keen that your stay should be calm and pleasant.

Approx. 500 meters to a fantastic tapas restaurant with associated vineyard. About 700 meters to Coop grocery store. Beautiful green area to walk in right outside the door. Bed linen available to rent. The tenant does the final cleaning.

Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Welcome to share our summer paradise on Orust in beautiful Nösund, located on the west coast with the sea as your closest neighbor. The apartment is on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake views from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

Mitt i en vacker grön innegård hittar man ett historiskt gårdshus vars hela övre plan konverterats till en gästlägenhet om ca 30 kvadratmeter. Lägenheten har allt man behöver för en semester: pentry, toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin, wifi 6. Efter en dag vid havet delar man trädgården med grill och sittplatser med värdparet Henrik och Björn. Parkering för en bil på tomten. Lägenheten lämpar sig väl för upp till tre personer över 12 år. Lägenheten är helt allergivänlig.
