The peaceful Bali Residence house Villa Saimaa offers a great setting for a relaxing holiday. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. The living room has a sofa bed. There are six beds in total. The area has a large swimming pool area and its own restaurant, which also has a snooker and darts (seasonal reservation). The nearest beach is about two kilometers away and it easy to reach bicycle, scooter, car or taxi. Also eScooters are available.

Nu finns tillfälle att hyra ett mycket trevligt och trivsamt hus på Sea Breeze Recidence i den Thailändska byn Lae Mae Pim. Huset har ett perfekt läge i området som gränsar till det stora fina poolområdet där det även finns restaurang vid högsäsong. 10 min gångväg till stranden. I byn finns det gott om restauranger med bl a många fina fiskerestauranger. Perfekt boende för barn familjer eller två familjer att dela på då det finns 8 sovplatser. Kostnad för elförbrukning betalas av hyresgäst.

Villan ligger i en privat förening med 5 minuters promenad ned till Mae Phims lugna och vackra strand och fina strandpromenad. 2 våningar med 2 sovrum och allrum på övre plan. Entréplan har stort v-rum/matplats, WC samt kök. Huset ligger i ett av områdets mest avskilda platser med poolen 30 meter från altanen. Endast 2-3 timmars bilresa från Bangkoks centrum. Passar alla oavsett var man befinner sig i livet.

Vakker villa i Mae Phim, 4 soverom, privat basseng, 5 min gåavstand strand. Huset vårt ligger i Cape Mae Phim Residence – et rolig og naturskjønt område rett ved havet. Villaen har eget privat basseng, 1-1, 5meter dyp, og 40 cm barnebasseng. Som gjest har du også tilgang til fellesområdene, inkludert et stort basseng og et lite treningsstudio. Bare noen få minutters gange unna ligger den sjarmerende, gamle delen av Mae Phim, med hyggelige restauranter, massasjesteder og små butikker.
