Our Chalet Obenland is located on the sunny mountain above the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel in the Kitzbühel Alps. As soon as we look out the window, we feel connected to nature. For many years, we have fallen in love with this piece of paradise again and again: while skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald prospecting, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

Completely newly renovated apartment in a rustic, over 100-year-old house. Unique location between Loferbach and Berg in a secluded location and yet only 3-5 minutes from the town center and ski lifts. Use of the Lofer outdoor pool in summer is included in the price! 120 m from the house is the Lofer waterfall, relaxed sleeping with the sound of the stream in the background... The apartment has a south-facing balcony overlooking the mountains and a terrace on the mountain side that invites you to barbecue and chill.

The "Wilder Kaiser" studio in the Koasaburg awaits you at 1200 m at the middle station of the Harschbichl cable car. Right in front of the accommodation, you will find hiking trails, a mountain bike trail, a high ropes course with a flying fox over the Angerer Alm mountain lake, a mountain card trail and the slopes of the St. Johann in Tirol ski resort.
