This home is close to shopping and dining. Close to downtown events, outdoor public swimming pool, berg park down by the riverwalk. We are close to Colorado, San Juan River, Navajo Lake, and Aztec Ruins. Many outdoor activities are within a few miles or up to a few hours from this location."

This little hideaway guest house tucked behind our SW cottage house. It is the perfect little place to stop at the end of your day and relax. If your on a extended work trip or a southwestern adventure this place will be a cozy comfortable place to prop up your feet and rest your head in the four corners. We have weekly and monthly discounts and a flat $50 cleaning fee. all we ask is that you treat it like its your own home and double check for personal items when your leave.

The 3rd room with a bed has a full size bed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. The 4th room is an exercise room with a treadmill. Nice cozy back yard. Nice living room with oversized couches. WiFi offered. The living room has a tv and 3 of the rooms has tv in them. There is a nice koi pond in the front yard.
