This unique place has a style all of its own. The Bothy is newly renovated and offers a peaceful, coastal getaway for 2. It is a twin bedded studio cottage with a separate bathroom and shower. There is a microwave, electric hob, toaster and kettle in the kitchen area. Dining table and chairs. Wall mounted TV and WiFi. There are several quiet beaches with wonderful coastlines to explore within walking distance. There is also the stunning St Medan Golf Course that welcomes visitors all year round.

Converted Horsebox 'Teddy's Place'

Our lovingly converted fully heated horsebox is very cosy, it has glorious views across our farmland to the Galloway Hills on a clear day. We're surrounded by wildlife and our horses are always close by. We are also part of the Galloway Dark Sky park so at night the stars are very bright perfect for star gazing. Teddy's Place is sited within our farm surrounded by arable fields and our paddocks with our horses, Teddy our gypsy cob, Elvis our old sports horse, and Massey our cheeky Shetland pony

The Duck House Bothy

Experience rural Galloway in South West Scotland by staying in this carefully restored stone farm building nestled under an ancient sycamore tree. Enjoy the living area constructed from oak beams, sit and relax by the Jotul log stove, and watch a film on the smart TV after a day of walking, cycling or exploring the nearby beaches, hills and forests. Retreat to the mezzanine sleeping area, accessed by traditional bothy stairs. Between May and September farm tours are available by arrangement.

Ivy Bank Studio Creetown - Gem Rocks Neighbour.

Ivy Bank Studio, run by Mary & Jonathan, is an attached studio room of Ivy Cottage. It is independent from the main Cottage. Which itself was built in 1795 from local stone. It is situated on a private no through road, located directly in front of the Gem Rock museum and cafe. The location of the studio room in Creetown offers excellent outdoor views across to Cairnsmore Hill & Wigtown Bay. Creetown itself is a welcoming tourist village ideal for those wishing to explore Dumfries & Galloway.

The Haven, unique cottage with hot tub!

The Haven, Bladnoch is a listed property. Refurbished in 2020, it has a modern interior but maintains a cottage feel. Sleeps 4 guests. Cosy up in front of the wood burner or sink into the deep bath after a day exploring the beautiful area. There is a cottage garden with balcony, patio, seating area and wood fired hot tub with retractable roof- so it can be enjoyed whatever the weather! Pub and whiskey distillery at the end of the street and less than 1 mile to Wigtown, The Scottish Booktown.

The Granary, Little Tahall Farm

The Granary is situated on our small working farm with stunning views over Wigtown Bay. Sleeps 2/4 with twin or double bedroom downstairs, single/double bed can be provided in lounge. Small child friendly, travel cot, high chair etc available. Short drive to beaches, Galloway Forest, hills and coast. Five minutes from Wigtown, handy for the Book Festival. Great for bikers, cyclists, walkers, bird watching or relaxing. One well behaved dog welcome, please advise us before arrival.

There is also a children’s play park next door for all the family to enjoy! Creetown hosts a gem stone museum and a heritage museum. Within a 20min drive there is also a Cocobean chocolate factory, Mossy yard beach, Kirroughtree biking trail and the red deer range park. All fantastic for the whole family!
