Unique cottage with panoramic views & annexe

Relax with family or friends at this great cabin on Søndre Sandøy. Sunny cabin + annex. Amazing view! The wonderful island of Søndre Sandøy is a 15-minute ferry ride from Skjærhalden. The cottage is beautifully located on the hill of Røveråsen, about a 20-minute walk away, which provides absolutely stunning views over the fjord and the strait towards Skjærhalden, Kirkøy and Nordre Sandøy, AND first-class sun conditions from morning to evening. In the cabin there are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, and in the annex there are 4-6 beds.

Welcome to "the cabin" at Hvalstrand jetty! Bua is a cozy little cabin located on Hvaler's perhaps most charming marina. Here it is quiet and peaceful while you get a taste of the boat life. The house is located in connection with the boat docks, so you can expect to meet people who vacation in their boats. There are swimming facilities on site with a swimming ladder at the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of beautiful nature with forests, trails and mountains. Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place on Nordre Karlsøy. Sun from morning to evening, large lovely lawn in front of the cabin. The cabin is bright and modern with great standard, all on one level. Windows from ceiling to floor that can be opened for a real "outside-in feeling". Several outdoor spaces around the cabin. Proximity to beach and jetty. Short distance to Brevik marina with service. Only 20 minutes to Sarpsborg city center, to the Old Town in Fredrikstad and Halden and 25 minutes to Strømstad.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.
