Our accommodation is different from a typical hotel, as it is a Japanese-style house where you can experience living in a traditional Japanese home. The facilities are not as perfect as those of the latest hotels, but you can enjoy a space with a Japanese feel. Inside, there is a Japanese-style room with tatami mats, a flower arrangement room, There are decorations such as fusuma-e (sliding door paintings) and Japanese umbrellas, You can also take photos. This 130-year-old house was a finalist in the Reconstruction Awards held by the Old House Restoration Association. The interior has been completely renovated, with fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna (for 1-2 people). Parking is available for 4 vehicles. It is recommended for family trips, remote work, and as a base for long-term stays. It is also an ideal base for sightseeing, as it is about 90 minutes to Nikko on a regular road, about 60 minutes to Ashikaga Flower Park, and about 30 minutes to Tochikiki Family Land, an amusement park. It is about 10 minutes to the nearby golf course, and about 10-15 minutes to large supermarkets such as Aeon and convenience stores. We can accommodate up to 4 guests, but the base price is for up to 2 guests. We charge an additional 5,000 yen per person for additional guests. However, we have carefully preserved the old parts and lovingly maintained them ourselves in order to make the most of them as an asset, and we are ready to welcome you. There is a spacious Japanese garden and a traditional tea room in the Japanese-style room, so you can experience Japanese culture while living here. On the other hand, the furniture and appliances are easy to use. We are simultaneously pursuing cultural enjoyment and ease of living. There are seasonal trees in the garden, so I think you can enjoy them throughout the year. My hobby is collecting bonsai and traditional Japanese pottery. I hope that while living in this accommodation, you will come into contact with Japanese culture on a daily basis and experience the real Japan.
