Retro Lakehouse - A Touch of Cabo

Enjoy the huge stunning view of the Llano River arm of Lake LBJ with floor to ceiling windows set in a renovated retro-modern 60’s lake cabin, with 1132 square feet of living space set on 150′ of lake front! It's located on the best part of Lake LBJ, a constant-level lake, and perfect for all types of watersports. House has a modern front-loading washer and dryer. Boat dock pier has 2 pairs of mooring whips that safely secure most any boat or PWC. Neighborhood boat ramp is two doors over, which provides easy access to launch and retrieve your watercraft. 3 adult-size, and 1 child-size, Kayaks, life jackets in all sizes, as well as a "LillyPad/Frogmat," are provided. Large sunscreen-covered back deck includes both a BBQ gas grill and a large Blackstone 36" gas griddle. The gigantic backyard has a large shady lakeside "Palapa" (tiki hut) with ceiling fans. Lots of parking in front of the house for cars and trailers. A watercraft rental company is about 1 minute away, along with an HEB grocery store 5 minutes away. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and a suitcase alcove. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and a 2-bed bunk-bed. It has a large closet containing a washer-dryer, life-jackets and plenty of storage space for suitcases. The Great Room has 2 full-size sofa sleepers. The two bathrooms are accessible to everyone, being off of the Great Room. The house has a maximum capacity of sleeping 8 people(a maximum of 6 adultshighly recommended). Combine all of this inside of an extremely clean, open, retro-modern concept house, and it's and easy choice for your next vacation rental!
